Chiron SemiLab provides state-of-the-art reliability and failure analysis testing services as third parties, to wafer fabrication and wafer packaging manufacturers. It is the first in Asia and among the pioneers worldwide to provide an outsourcing alternative in this very crucial activity throughout the manufacturing process chain, Our sophisticated facility is capable of running fully-customized test programs and test structures that are designed by in-house engineers. The facility is currently running at full capacity, and serving an international clientele from Asia, Europe and the USA on package-level and wafer-level reliability projects, including a 300mm wafer-level total qualification program.

Ellipsiz SemiLab Shanghai combines Chiron SemiLab's slate of cutting-edge process qualification test services with RF and HF test expertise in a commercial test laboratory, sited at the prestigious government-linked Shanghai ICRD Centre. The laboratory will serve the fast-growing China semiconductor industry and will add to the comprehensive state-of-the-art equipment when set up.
