The model BPM-3800 is a fine-pitch automated device programmer that combines 8th Generation universal device support, BPM Microsystems’ unrivaled Vector Engine Co-Processor’ technology, and on-the-fly vision centering all in a single platform.

Universal Device Support
The model BPM-3800 is designed to program Microcontrollers, high density flash memory, E/EPROM and other device technologies with densities up to an 8 Eb theoretical limit. It also supports very low voltage devices down to 0.7 (Vdd).

Robust Handler
The model BPM-3800 uses the same proven robust design as BPM Microsystems’ 3000 series device handling system. Integrated into the model 3800 is the LaserAlign™ sensor from CyberOptics® which demonstrates repeatable pick-and-place accuracy, high performance and little operator involvement from job teaching to device placement. The programmer also offers flexible options for input and output media with choices of tube, tray or tape.

High-Quality Socket Cards
Socket cards provide the electro-mechanical interface between your device and the programmer. They’re precisely designed to deliver high-fidelity waveforms to the programmable device, ensuring very high first-pass yield. Each individual socket card can be fully utilized and easily replaced to maintain full programming capacity. Our socket card design, with a receptacle socket option, ultimately increases your manufacturing up-time, produces higher first-pass yield, and saves replacement costs by as much as 75 percent.
