Dr. Foo See Liang
Independent Director

Dr. Foo See Liang rejoins the Board as Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee on 14 November 2007. He was previously Co-Chairman (appointed 8 Feb 2001), Independent Director (appointed on 14 Jun 2000) and Chairman of the Audit Committee before retiring at the Company's 11th Annual General Meeting held on 27th October 2006.

Dr. Foo is currently an Associate Professor in the Nanyang Business School at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. He is also an Academic Board Member of the Productivity Standards Board Academy in Singapore.

Dr. Foo was a National University of Singapore Overseas Graduates Scholar. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia and a Ph.D. in Accountancy from the University of Hull, UK. In 1993, he attended the Senior Executives Programme at the Sloan School of Management of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA.
